# The Plan Is Ready Before the Patient Leaves the Room

A physiotherapy session lasts 15 to 25 minutes. The patient sees each exercise once and is supposed to repeat it correctly at home for weeks. In practice, exercises get forgotten, done wrong or not done at all. planrivo is the answer: the therapist puts a home exercise plan together in under 60 seconds, mid-treatment, and the patient has it on their phone via QR code or on paper before they leave. No account, no app to install. Daniel designed and built planrivo end to end, from concept and brand to backoffice, patient portal and the printed plan. unlimited.studio markets and runs it.

## Time Is the Metric, Not Library Size

Competitors sell on exercise count. Nobody competes on seconds to a finished plan, and with a 20-minute slot that is the only number that matters in a practice. So we checked every screen against a stopwatch. The library holds 55 exercises with steps, body figure, equipment and default dosage, all reviewed and signed off by a physiotherapist. It is small on purpose: finding beats scrolling.

## The 60-Second Flow

**Patient:** a first name is enough, everything else is optional and can be added later. **Exercises:** search by name or step, filter by body region, equipment or muscle group on an interactive muscle map, or start from a practice template. A hint offers the patient's last plan for reuse. **Dosage:** defaults are already filled in, and sets, reps and frequency change with steppers right in the list, no dialog, no form step. **Handover:** the QR code opens in fullscreen for scanning, and the print view is one click away, a branded A4 sheet with the same QR code. Print is an equal path, not a fallback: many patients are of an age where a smartphone is not a given.

## No Account for the Patient

The patient's link works without a login. On the first open, the portal asks for the year of birth as a safety check, then the plan is unlocked on that device for 90 days. The practice can extend, regenerate or revoke the access at any time and sees when it was last opened. Whoever wants to keep their plan can secure it with an email address later, but nobody has to. The portal itself stays plain: large type, steps as numbered text, the body figure for orientation, a print button.

## A Back Channel That Stays on the Right Side of the Line

Patients can report back from the portal: a pain score from 0 to 10 and a short note. The practice sees these in a feedback inbox and on the dashboard, and the statistics show how many plans were actually opened at home. What planrivo does not do is just as deliberate. The software never suggests exercises from pain or diagnosis data. That line is intentional. No streaks, no achievements, no workout logging: the patient should understand and do the exercises, not maintain an app.

## Built for Health Data

Every therapist account is protected by a second login step, a PIN lock secures the open tablet in the treatment room, and every change to patient data is logged. Deleted patients land in a trash first and are removed for good on a schedule. The platform works without analytics cookies and is light by default, because many patients are older. The therapist area has a guided tour and a handbook, so a practice gets going without a call.

## The Landing Page Is the Demo

The claim is that a plan takes under a minute. A screenshot cannot prove that. So the hero of the landing page holds a working miniature of the plan builder: click exercises, move the dosage with the steppers, switch to the handover and see the QR code and the patient view. Nothing to install, no account. The page is set in Instrument Serif on a faintly lavender canvas, with real product screenshots below the mock.
